cheezuz - what is raclette?

Raclette is a semi hard cheese made from Alpine cows milk. In its natural form it is a rather unassuming and frankly quite dull cheese. When its put under a screaming hot, specially designed Raclette grill however it becomes something else entirely. Closely grilled for a matter of minutes and scraped over rosemary and garlic roasted baby potatoes, homemade pickles and cured meats - the traditional Alpine way. Being Hogs & Hops, we like it scraped straight over our signiture blend beef burgers. Ideal for pop ups, parties, wedding evening food. Get in touch.
